- Located two miles SE of Snoqualmie Pass

- Acquired by Forterra in September of 2006

- Part of the Snoqualmie Pass Adaptive Management Area and the I-90 Wildlife Bridges Project

- Composed of densely forested land and a NW-facing slope that descends steeply from Rampart Ridge to Gold Creek.

- A housing development is located to the west of the land

- Land is bounded in the east and south sides by National Forest land

- Unused logging road crosses the land on the SW portion used for non-motorized recreation

- Habitat to many species including Spotted Owls, Bull Trout, wolves, Grizzly Bears and lynx

- Conservation will prevent degradation of water quality in downstream systems and enhance effectiveness of new fish and wildlife crossing structures along I-90
