- Restoration efforts include removal of invasives and the planting of acorns and oak seedlings to conserve the rare oak woodland habitat

- Two channels of the Clover Creek run through the reserve

- Removal of Himalayan blackberry, Japanese knotweed and reed canarygrass from stream banks

- The rare and native camas flower grows in the prairie land on the reserve.
